With Evan's cross country meet cancel and Luke's Boyscout event cancel we were able to focus on some projects needing our attention. Twice a year Tyler allows big bulky items to be pick up for free at the curb. This prompts us to be sure to get rid of those items not allowed in the trash during the normal week. I have been waiting for cooler weather and the week of free bulky item pick up. Thus, Saturday we went to work on our playground that had some cedar wood rotting. The kids are getting a bit too big for the slide, so they just want a fort. Evan and Luke can play air soft wars and the girls can have their picnics. Unfortunately, like most projects, it took longer then hope for and a thunderstorm put our work to a halt. We will need to finish it this week. However you can see some of the progress we had made. We also did yard work and began the process of moving Luke to the upstairs room and Moriah to the boys room. I will paint Luke's room hopefully this week. It's taped and ready to go. Today, is a much needed Sabbath day of rest.
